Level 2 NVQ in Road Passenger Transport – Passenger Support

This course is designed for Passenger Support Assistants / Escorts who assist the drivers with the care of the passengers. These could be school children, the elderly, disabled passengers, or those who require assistance going to and from hospitals. The role of the Support Assistants / Escorts is integral to the smooth running of a journey as they are hands on and fully able to support all types of passengers allowing the drivers to make a safe journey.
